This service will be expanding to include many useful sources of information about Information, Communication and Technology that we can use to both improve our own internal operations as well as provide more innovative programs to our target groups. There are so many new and exciting technologies which will enable new ways of reaching our targets and hopefully improving access. The social web or Web 2.0 also provides a new medium for not only service delivery but also networking for our sector. Connecting Up will launch its new NFP Web 2.0 soon to allow us to create networking groups and share information via video conferencing, live chats, blogs and shared wikipedia style documents.
